Don Cinema Launches title track of its premium digital reality show Tokers House

At a star-studded event last night at Warehouse Kitchen, Malad West, Mumbai Founders of Don Cinema Mehmood Ali, Satish Kumar & Dr.Ali Irani launched the Music Video of the title track of their OTT reality show Tokers House by DON Infotainment. The show will be telecasted on DON Cinema App which was launched last month. The app can be downloaded from Playstore by android users and arrangements for iPhone users is underway.

Tokers House LaunchTokers House is a one of a kind reality show that will be shot in Abu Dhabi, the show will be creating history with some of the most popular and in demand social media celebrities/influencers. The show will be full of surprises, twists and turns, and the contestants will be tested, emotionally, physically, ethically. Basically a fun package with the best set up.

The title track of the show is sung by the latest social media sensation, the gorgeous Jannat Zubair Rahmani and the dashing Danish Alfaaz, Danish is also the composer of the song. The rap song encapsulates the introduction of each of the contestants entering the Tokers House and this video is definitely going to beat the record of the number of views right after the launch, it is peppy, catchy and is featuring all the 46 social media sensations who will be entering the house.

TV & FILM PERSONALITIES ATTEND AUTHOR AASHU PATEL’S 50TH BOOK LAUNCH IN MUMBAI

Journalist and renowned author – Shri Aashu Patel’s latest novel on philanthropist Shri Rizwan Adatia was recently launched in the presence of several renowned actors and personalities of the Indian entertainment industry. This is the 50th book penned by the author on which Director – Jayant Gilatar of Chalk n Duster fame has announced a major web series.

The book was launched by Directors Abbas-Mustan and Jayant Gilatar, Producer Jayantilal Gada, Astrophysicist Dr. J.J. Raval and Mr. Aashishkumar Chauhan, CEO and MD of Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) at the Taj Lands End. The event also saw the presence of stars from the television industry Neha Mehta and Apara Mehta. The occasion was to celebrate the 50th birthday of Shri Adatia – Founder and Chairman of Rizwan Adatia Foundation (RAF).

“There couldn’t be a better gift than to have a novel based on your own life presented to you on your birthday. I am thankful to the author and my dear friend Aashu Patel for it. To mark this occasion, RAF will initiate a tree plantation campaign to plant 50,000 trees across India. Alongside, we are also initiating infrastructure development activities in fifty schools each across rural areas of Maharashtra and Gujarat,” says Shri Rizwan Adatia.

Born in Porbandar, Gujarat, Shri Adatia is an African businessman settled in Mozambique. He founded RAF in 2015 to positively impact the quality of people’s life through innovative initiatives. RAF focuses on lending the required support to the vulnerable including children, youth, women and senior citizens through the several channels it has developed for catering to specific issues.

“Sangeetam Charitable Trust”, which has been extending financial support, to Artists from the music fraternity for last six years is organising the 7th edition of Rehmatein music concert in Mumbai. Saurabh Daftary invited Padamshri Anup Jalota and Papon to announce the event details.

This year more than needy, old, deserving musicians & budding children will get help from the proceeds of Rehmatein 7. Rapchee OTT App launched in presence of celebrities

Television is no longer the space for entertainment any more. Personal content viewing has given family entertainment a big run for its money and that’s just why there are OTT platforms that are picking up pace in the web world. And while a lot of big players in the OTT space are vying for customers and luring their attention with cheaper monthly subscription plans, soon enough the market will see the rise of a new player that’s sure to be lapped up readily by the masses. Going by the name of Rapchee App, this new OTT platform is soon to take over the content space. The unveiling of logo of the OTT APP was organised by Dharam Gupta at Ramada Palm Grove Hotel, Juhu.

Helmed by the man with great business acumen and experience of more than a decade into production, Mr. Dharam Gupta, shares great vision behind building this OTT platform. “My app is not flimsy or superfluous with all the frills of big names attached, here content is the king whether or not it has big faces. I have worked in this line for the longest, and I am seeing the shift from Television to OTT platforms, which is why we planned to venture in this space, because this is the future. Also this app is also made for those production houses and people who have great scripts and shows but aren’t being able to sell them to the big wigs. I have seen this first hand, where all the bigger apps are just interested in names and faces, the content be damned, that’s not the case here. I am launching this platform so that many producers can find their way into showcasing their work.”

With great promise and potential, Rapchee App is said to be going live with 15 shows and while the curtain is just raised, there’s lots to follow. “The subscription is free for a year and while the customers will get a taste of great Indian content, there will also be a lots of international content up for consumption on this app. I am currently in process of tying up with content creators from 6 different countries and while I have already got 3 countries legally on board, 3 more are in the process. So while we will get to see their content in our local language, they too will get a taste of our content in their local language. Provisions are being made for that. Our shows will also be available in 10 regional languages, so people from every nook and corner can enjoy this content!” says Dharam Gupta.
