Mukta Barve learns knitting for AAMHI DOGHI

We know that an actor does anything to get into the skin of character. The same did the actress Mukta Barve for her next AAMHI DOGHI. It was necessary to learn knitting for the character Mukta has played in the film. So she learnt in short period.

Everest Entertainment production and presentation AAMHI DOGHI stars Mukta Barve and Priya Bapat in lead. Pratima Joshi who has worked as actress, costume designer, co-director has donned the hat of director with this film. The screenplay is written by Pratima Joshi and Bhagyashri Jadhav who has also written dialogues.

AAMHI DOGHI is slated to release on23 February 2018.

Suresh Wadkar’s daughter debuts as singer

Veteran singer Suresh Wadkar’s daughter Jiya Wadkar is now ready to debut as singer. Jiya has sung for Yogaytan Production’s PARI HOON MAIN. Recently the title song “Mothya Mothya Latanvar…” was recorded in the voice of Jiya Wadkar and Mandar Pilwalkar. The lyrics are written by Sachin Pathak, music composed by Sameer Saptiskar.

Rohit Shilwant directed PARI HOON MAIN is passionate journey of a middle class fanily to gain their goal. The film stars Nandu Madhav, Devika Daftardar, Shruti Nigde and Flora Saini. Yogaytan group chairman Dr. Rajendra Pratap Singh and Sheela Rajendra Singh has produced the film. The cinematography is by Rohan Madakaikar, art direction by Narendra Bhagat.

Sanjay Gujar is co-producer and Kunal Maheta is creative producer.

Onir hosts a special screening of his upcoming film Kuchh Bheege Alfaaz

Before the film hit the theaters for the audience, Onir held a special screening of his upcoming film Kuchh Bheege Alfaaz for his friends from the industry at a suburban theatre in Mumbai. Present was the director of the film Onir who posed with his lead actor debutant Zain Khan Durrani.

Several of B-Town friends of Onir were present including actors like Swara Bhaskar, Sanjay Suri, Samir Soni, Padmavat Fame Anupriya Goenka, producers Ramesh Taurani and Vikas Gupta.

The film is a modern day take of love in the time of technology told through a sweet tale of romance with two primary characters – RJ Alfaaz (played by debutant actor Zain Khan Durrani and Archana – a meme artist (played by national award-winning actress Geetanjali Thapa)

Kuchh Bheege Alfaaz is slated to release this Valentine weekend on 16th January under the banner of Saregama’s Yoodlee Films.

‘Fair in love’ is based on the social issues : A K Mishra

Under the banner of Vision Corporation Ltd, the director A K Mishra’s Hindi movie Fair in Love grand Muhurat held in Mumbai . Fair in Love is starring Feroz Khan, Kanupriya Sharma, Ashwini Dhar and Dolly Arya in various roles. The cinematographer Triloki Choudhary has added beauty to the film with the music of Nehal Kumar and Umesh Mishra.
The director A K Mishra, along with the leads Feroz Khan, Kanupriya Sharma, Ashwini Dhar and Dolly Arya are present at the Muhurat launch of the film.

The film is social drama of a couple who belongs to different political communities but got fallen in love with each other. The leads Dev and Alpana belong to Jharkhand and Uttar Pradesh respectively. After all the odds the two got married against the wish of their families but this didn’t go well .although the couple was in great love with each other but the society always cursed her for being infertile but the truth was something else. It was Dev who has low sperm count, and due to whom she was not able to conceive. But she didn’t want to demean her husband and took off the blame on her.

But one night in the absence of her husband she gets raped and got pregnant. It was the mixed emotion for her, happiness of being pregnant but at the same time agitations of being raped. The circumstances were such, that she unwillingly had to accept the child or else her marriage could have been in danger since her in laws were against it, but she was still bent upon to find out the culprit.

Will she be able to know the culprit? Will she succeed in getting justice? What will happen to the child?
The director A K Mishra quoted “the film is based on the social issues, instead of not being infertile, Alpana has to take all the blame of not having a baby as her husband has some issues with ejaculations. This is our society who unknowingly blames the woman for such matter. He further said this type of issue should be put forward and we should take supportive decision. By this movie he wants to highlighten the darker side of the society and hope people will start thinking in a logical way. He is quite excited with the movie.”

The film will shot at various locations of Mumbai and Lucknow.

Marathi film ‘Sohala’ song shoot at Madh Island

Actor Sachin Pilgaonkar, Shilpa Tulaskar and Lokesh Gupte shoots a melodious song for Marathi film Sohala at Madh Island.

The film is produced by Suresh Gundecha and Sohan Bokadia of Arihant Film Production, directed by Gajendra Ahire, Choreography by Phulwa Khamakar, Music by Narendra Bhide.

It will be a K.C Bokadia presentation.The film also stars Vikram Gokhale.

‘Kuldip Patwal: I Didn’t Do It!’ team plays table-tennis after dinner

With a subject as serious and intense as Kuldip Patwal: I Didn’t Do It!, director Remy Kohli ensured that the cast had opportunity to unwind.

During the shooting of Kuldip Patwal: I Didn’t Do It featuring Deepak Dobriyal in a never-seen-before role and Pravin Dabas, director Remy along with the cast including Deepak, Jameel and Pravin used to team up and play table tennis since Remy loves sports. Raima Sen, who is also playing a lawyer in the film used to sit and watch them play and enjoy.

A source says, “Though the movie based on a very serious subject, the environment on the set was very nice and lively. The cast and crew used to de-stress themselves by playing football during set-ups.”

Produced and directed by Remy Kohli, Kuldip Patwal: I didn’t do it! starring Deepak Dobriyal in a never-seen-before avatar is scheduled to hit the screens on 2nd February, 2018.

The movie also features Raima Sen, Parvin Dabas and Gulshan Devaiyah and it talks about a common man, Kuldip Patwal, who has been charged with murder of a local CM.

Salman Khan gave clap for Marathi film ‘Bonus’

Lion Crown Entertainment commenced shooting of their upcoming Marathi Movie ‘Bonus’, starring Gashmeer Mahajani and Pooja Sawant. The Mahurat clap was given by Salman Khan in the presence of the Lion Crown Entertainment producers, Govind Ubhe, Ratish Patil, Sandesh Patil & M. Nitin.

The producers of Lion Crown Entertainment said, “Bonus is the word denotes happiness and enthusiasm and with this film, the whole of Maharashtra should get a bonus and they should make merry.”
